Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Plantoid (the “Service”). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Plantoid is a personal plant-tracking app for keeping a binder of your plants, care schedules, and progress photos. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Provide accurate information and use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Your content

You keep all ownership of the plant data and photos you add (“Your Content”). You grant Plantoid a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.
• Do not disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plantoid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Please keep your own copies of any photos that are important to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
